What We Believe:
• The Scriptures are the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God to man. (2 Tim. 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21)
• There is only one true God, revealed in three persons...God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost...commonly known as the Trinity. (Deut. 6:4; Isa. 43:10-11; Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:22)
• In the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God. The Scriptures declare His virgin birth (Luke 1:27, 31); His sinless life (1 Pet. 2:22); His miracles (Acts 10:38); His substitutionary work on the cross (1 Cor. 15:3); His bodily resurrection from the dead (1 Cor. 15:4); His exaltation to the right hand of God (Phil. 2:9-11).
• Man's only hope of salvation is through faith alone in the shed blood of Jesus Christ. (Rom. 10:9-10,13; Eph. 2:8; Titus 3:4-7; Heb. 9:14,22)
• Water baptism is a command for every believer following salvation in Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:19; Acts 10:47-48)
• The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a special experience and privilige for every believer following salvation, with the initial physical eveidence of speaking in other tongues. (Acts 1:8; 2:4; 10:46; 19:6)
• Divine healing for the sick is available through the atoning work of Christ Jesus on the cross and that it comes through anointing with oil, the prayer of faith and the laying on of hands. (Exo. 15:26; Isa. 53:5; Jas. 5:14-15; 1 Pet. 1:24)
• The Rapture (The Second Coming of Jesus) is the Blessed Hope of the church. (1 Thes. 4:16-18; Tit. 2:11-13)
